AMPROAD return and refund policy

Return & Refund

To apply for refunds or exchanges, please ensure your request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date, then follow the below steps to process the refunds or exchanges accordingly. Please note that products being returned should be in good condition, with all original accessories and in their original packaging.

1. Refund

  • Refunds will be processed once AMPROAD receives and inspects the returned items. Depending on the status of the returned items listed below, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

    Your Return You Receive
    Products with good appearance and complete accessories that are returned due to defects or quality problems. Full refund
    Products returned due to delivery errors, omissions, or products that are not what you ordered.
    The product is returned unopened in the original box and complete with accessories.
    Any returned product and appearance that is damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts. The final refund amount will be evaluated by Amproad according to the actual situation, up to 85% of the products' purchase price.

    2. Exchanges

  • If a replacement unit is available in stock, it will be shipped within 1 business day. For products where the replacement unit is currently out of stock, AMPROAD will promptly notify you of the estimated earliest shipment date.

    3. Repair

  • AMPROAD offers repair services for most of its products. All repaired items will be tested and verified prior to shipping. To qualify for free repair services, requests must be submitted within the warranty period. If the warranty period has expired, repair services are still available, but fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
