- Free warranty items:
During the warranty period, AMPROAD's warranty only covers defects caused by normal use, quality problems, logistics damage, etc. Additionally, we will cover the round-trip freight costs for warranty items.
- Free warranty exclusions：
▪ The products have exceeded the warranty period.
▪ Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification and any other human factors.
▪ Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
▪ Damage caused by improper use or operation of the product.
